Dilophosaurus was a carnivorous theropod of moderate size from Arizona. The name means “two-crested lizard” as it has two large crests atop its head. The crests were probably used for display to establish dominance in a group.
This cast Dilophosaurus tooth measures 2.5 inches long and is made of polyresin. This is a cast of the original fossil, research grade in quality polyresin and hand-painted. Colors may vary.
