Jellyfish NeeDoh Pre-Orders

A small shipment arrived in mid-July, and all customers whose orders were fulfilled from this batch have received shipping confirmations and tracking information.

If you did not receive a shipping notification, your order is still active and awaiting fulfillment.

We expect to continue processing orders placed on March 29 and later when our next shipment arrives.

If your order was placed before March 29 and has not yet shipped, it is most likely because your order contained a larger quantity than we were able to fulfill with the inventory received. Your order remains active, and we will fulfill it as additional inventory becomes available.

Is my order still confirmed?

Yes. If you received an order confirmation, your purchase is still active in our system. We will fulfill orders as the product becomes available.

When will my order ship?

Shipping timelines vary based on inventory arrival. We will fulfill orders as soon as product is received, and shipping notifications will be sent automatically when your order is on its way. 

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is processed and shipped.

Why can’t I order more Jellyfish NeeDoh right now?

To ensure we can fulfill existing customer orders, Jellyfish NeeDoh is temporarily unavailable for new orders. Other NeeDoh products may be available at various times as shipments arrive. Will I definitely receive my order?

We are actively working to fulfill all confirmed orders. In the rare case we are unable to fulfill an order due to inventory constraints, customers will be notified and refunded in full.
