It features a clear base with dispersed flakie pigments that shift primarily between red and gold depending on lighting and base color. It is especially effective over a black base coat but can be used over any color.

The formula is designed for layering and works best with a base coat and top coat for improved durability and wear. It is vegan, cruelty free, and 5-free (free of camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate, and formaldehyde resins). 0.5 fl oz bottle.
