Very similiar to today’s Great White shark, only the largest of mosasaurs would have been a match for this vicious mega-predator of the Western Interior Seaway. Sometimes called the “Ginsu shark" a number of marine reptile bones have been found with Cretoxyrhina teeth embedded in them.
This cast Cretoxyrhina mantelli tooth measures 2 inches long. This is a cast of the original fossil, research grade in quality polyresin and hand-painted. Colors may vary.
