Camarasaurus Cast Thumb Claw

The long  necked sauropod dinosaurs were giants on land.  Each hand had at most one heavily built claw, usually located on its thumb.  Scientists still debate what they were used for, however digging nests and defense are both strong possibilities.

This cast of the Camarasaurus thumb claw measures 6.5 inches long. This is a cast of the original fossil, research grade in quality polyresin and hand-painted. Colors may vary.
